Solutions to come out from Depression-

Depression is the main cause from which the person do not able to work, think and enjoy the real positivity of his or her life. In this world, out of 100, 70s are in depression. The depression comes from many reasons. There are so many reasons that we would observe. 

Depression is the mode of sadness in which person thinks for himself as inferior and remains sad all the time.  There are so many causes of depression which we have to observe.

Causes which are responsible for the upbringing of depression are as shown below-:

1. Domestic violence of any kind
2. Lack of love from parents

3. Not able to compete 

4. Not able to make his or her soul mate

5. Inferior feeling because of lack of smartness.

6. Lack of opportunity and have no jobs

These are the reasons for the coming of depression in human’s behaviour. There are so many symptoms of depression. Everyone should check these symptoms in yours to be alert.

Symptoms-

Mood: anxiety, apathy, general discontent, guilt, hopelessness, loss of interest, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, mood swings, or sadness

Sleep: early awakening, excess sleepiness, insomnia, or restless sleep

Whole body: excessive hunger, fatigue, loss of appetite, or restlessness

Behavioural: agitation, excessive crying, irritability, or social isolation

Cognitive: lack of concentration, slowness in activity, or thoughts of suicide

Weight: weight gain or weight loss

Also common: poor appetite or repeatedly going over thought.

These are the symptoms. If you observe these symptoms in you then there is reason to worry because it can carry you to suicidal tendencies.

Precautions-

We should take some precautions not to allow depression to come in your mind and your heart because it can ruin your life, disturbs your mental power, domestic life and so on. The precautions you can take to stop the foot steps of depression in your life are as given-:

Try to remains happy-

Always try to remain happy and see positivity inside you. Life doesn’t come again and you must have to remains positive. See motivational videos and movies whether it is Bollywood or Hollywood. Life is the stage of fighters or warriors where warrior has to keep fighting but never give up and take every challenge as the part of enjoyment. Do meditation for some time in a day. Ask yourself that why you should give up? ……If you implement these methods of precautions then you can stop the footsteps of depression in your life.

If you trapped by the net of depression. There are some major treatments from which you can come out of the depression. If you observe the mentioned symptoms of depression in you then you can immediately take actions for your treatment mentioned below are as following-:

1. You can go to psychiatrist is a physician who specializes in psychiatry, the branch of medicine devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, study, and treatment of mental disorders.

2. You can go to psychologist is a mental health professional who evaluates and studies behavior and mental processes.

3 You can go to Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change and overcome problems in desired ways.
